Meet the Band

Kala Farnham (Lead Vocals / Piano) is a national multi-award-winning performer and songwriter, most recently serving as the Connecticut State Troubadour, a role dedicated to promoting cultural literacy through the music arts. She has shared the stage with such notables as Don McLean, Tower of Power, and Mary Fahl of the October Project. Drawing from a classical education and professional career in musical theater, Farnham presents a hallmark reinvention of the folk tradition: her passion for history and storytelling draws listeners into imaginative portraits of the familiar world.

Frank Viele (Guitar) is an award-winning and nationally touring performer and songwriter. The recipient of numerous New England Music Awards, Viele has shared stages with icons like John Waite and Blues Traveler. Most recently Viele collaborated with Jimmy Nutt and James LeBlanc of Nutthouse Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

Marc Russell (Bass) is a lifelong bass enthusiast, drawing inspiration from the music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. He crafts a distinct sound with a 1974 Rickenbacker and Fender Precision. A staple in the Connecticut music scene for over 30 years, he has performed with numerous artists and was a founding member of the international touring band St. Tone.

Nick D’Errico (Drums) currently resides In North Haven, Connecticut where he spends his time working out of his home studio. There he records for a wide range of artists and genres. In addition to a steady teaching practice, Nick also maintains a busy gigging schedule throughout the tri-state area performing with numerous artists.
